WCML was originally formed in 2008 under the name The Barn Company Waikato by Directors Gary and Trina White as a construction management company. As the companys’ reputation grew so did the company and the team.
WCML challenge the norm within the construction sector bringing together conventional building methods with quality cold form steel products and tapered box beam alternatives through the Waikato Coresteel Building Franchise to design purpose built facilities.
WCML Provide a full design package encompassing concept design, civil and structural engineering, fire design and council requirements. The team of 45 pride themselves on delivering projects to construction programmes, on time and on budget so you can get on with business.
Based in the small Waikato town of Te Awamutu, WCML is a proud local company that supports the local community.
Management Team
Gary comes from a background in construction, project management, and business management. Gary is CEO of WCML and uses his experience and knowledge to oversee the franchise’s operational procedures and costing systems. Gary’s in-depth knowledge in the structural requirements for building design utilising the Coresteel product has been an integral part of WCML’s growth, not to mention, hundreds of successful building projects.
Trina has an impressive background in finance, business management and experience in stategic business growth. Trina’s roles include Chief Financial Officer, Client Manager for Sales, Human Resource Management, marketing and strategic business planning. Trina’s appreciation and understanding of customer service and product excellence coupled with her passion for design have assisted in making WCML the business it is today.
